Late Cancellation and No Show Policy
I require that you give at least 24 hours notice for canceling an appointment. This allows time for another client to be offered your appointment time. I use an online booking system which does require a card be kept on file.
Any appointments not canceled or changed with a 24 hour advance notice will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the originally scheduled treatment. No call/no shows will also be subject to a 50% fee. Appointments made the same day are considered to be confirmed and will be subject to the same fee if the appointment is not kept.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. If you choose to keep the appointment, the treatment time will be adjusted. Some services can't be performed in a shortened time frame, in that case the appointment must be rescheduled.
My business is appointment based. Please be respectful of other clients and Esthetician’s time.
I understand life happens, please contact me if you have a challenge.
Eyelash Extension Information
When you come into the office for the first time, most of this will be on an intake form that requires your signature. If you think of anything else, please feel free to email or text me.
If you wear hard contacts you’ll have to remove them while I am working on your lashes. Please bring a case. After your appointment, you need to keep your lashes dry for 24 hours. This ensures that the adhesive is completely cured.
Due to the application procedure of your new eyelash extensions it is required that you do not wear eye makeup on the day of your appointment. If there is mascara or eyeliner residue on your natural lashes, the adhesive will bond to the makeup instead of your natural lash. This will result in your new eyelashes falling off very quickly. This applies for full sets as well as fills. If you come in with makeup you will be asked to remove it. I can provide makeup remover and cleanser but I cannot guarantee that your lash retention will be ideal.
You'll want to be conscience of heat sources, they can cause damage to your lashes. Avoid rubbing, pulling or sleeping on your lashes, as well as all things containing oil or glycol. Towels can also be abrasive, it is recommended to use and old t-shirt instead. Always blot excess moisture from your lashes first, once completely dry you can then brush them.
I always tell people that fills are required every 2 to 3 weeks. Everyone is different and there are a lot of variables. I recommend you schedule your first fill at 2 weeks. This allows us to troubleshoot any issues right away. Oily skin is also a factor, oil transfers so just ensure to clean your lashes at least once a day. The cleaner your lashes are, the longer they will last. Anything you put on your face with oil in it can cause adhesive break down. This includes most popular eyeliners.
